Og man kan da ikke se Masterchef finale ud selv ogs\u00e5 at f\u00e5 god mad. S\u00e5 fik fik oksem\u00f8rbrad med fondant kartofler og gr\u00f8nt til hovedret, og jeg havde s\u00e5 lavet kage til dessert.\u00a0<br \/>Det var egentlig meningen, at kagen skulle have v\u00e6ret glacet i r\u00f8d, orange og sort, og der skulle have ligget et masterchef logo i hvid chokolade med guldglimmer, p\u00e5 toppen. Men jeg tog fejl af de pastafarver jeg havde, og glacen endte med at blive mere lilla\/lyser\u00f8d, end orange\/r\u00f8d. N\u00e5, men s\u00e5 m\u00e5tte planen \u00e6ndres, og den blev i stedet pyntet med friske bromb\u00e6r og nogle marengskys, jeg havde liggende &#8211; Jeg laver altid en stor potion, n\u00e5r jeg endelig laver, s\u00e5 jeg har rigeligt at pynte med det n\u00e6ste stykke tid. Desuden havde jeg ogs\u00e5 nogle koral tuiles liggende, som ogs\u00e5 kom p\u00e5, og til sidst blv den toppet med lidt mynte. Og selvom det ikke var den originale id\u00e9, s\u00e5 er jeg ganske tilfreds med, hvordan den kom til at se ud. N\u00e5r chokoladen er smeltet, tages den af vandbadet og \u00e6ggeblommen r\u00f8rer i. h\u00e6ld 1\/3 af fl\u00f8den i en gryde og varm den op til kogepunktet. Tag s\u00e5 gryden af varmen og tils\u00e6t det udbl\u00f8dte husblas \u2013 R\u00f8r godt rundt og v\u00e6r sikker p\u00e5, at al husblas er opl\u00f8st.\u00a0<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">H\u00e6ld lidt af den opvarmede fl\u00f8de i chokoladeblandingen og r\u00f8r det rundt fra midten af. Forts\u00e6t til al den opvarmede fl\u00f8de er tilsat og chokolademassen samler sig og bliver flot og blank.
